Management Board Duties:

Vice President

Vice President – Roles & Responsibilities

The Vice President’s primary responsibility is to support the President and ensure the smooth operation of club meetings and activities.

Key Duties:

Meetings & Leadership

Attend all Management Committee meetings.

Chair meetings in the President’s and Vice-President's absence.

Act as a fallback resource for assistance with any problems during club meetings.

Member Engagement

Recruit members to present personal profiles at regular club meetings.

Provide profile guidelines to presenters, emphasizing timing and presentation expectations.

Advisory & Administrative Support

Advise the President, Management Committee, and members on matters related to club operations.

Assist with planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting.

Undertake special projects on behalf of the Management Committee.

Note: These responsibilities outline the essential role of the Vice President. Individuals may take on additional tasks at their discretion to further support the club.
